See a dermatologist or cosmetic physician to learn more about treatment options.

Improve, not remove: Scars are permanent. Having said that, there are ways to make them less noticeable. The first is time: scars mature over 6-18 months and don't assume their final form till then. Other methods are pressure, silicone sheeting, mederma, steroid injections or surgery. Surgery is a last resort for most scars, but many can be improved in this way if all else fails.

Abscess?: If this "pimple" has turned into an abscess it will need to be drained to heal.  An abscess walls itself off from the body, making it much less likely to be cleared up by antibiotics.

First, stop picking!: This is an easy one to answer but a lot more difficult for you to comply with.  The repetitive trauma will lead to the scars you describe.  I know that trying to stop picking is a hard thing to do.  I would really recommend you see a dermatologist to help you with treatment.
