Ans: You are shaving very close to the skin. The hair shaft can go down only so muc. Laser would eliminate the entire hair follicle if dark in color. Electrolysis is another method bit takes long and costly. Laser is costly but not many sessions needed but remember the beard will be gone.

Not natural: You have melasma, which is caused by the sun, hormones ( including the bcp) and other reasons that we do not understand. It is usually treated with bleaching creams and the constant use of a sunblock which has titanium dioxide or zinc oxide in it.

Lip shadow: I can't think of a reason why it should.  If it is the result of trauma, i.e., a bruise, ice is helpful for the first 2-3 days, and then warm compresses are better.
