Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider OTC products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide).  Retinoids/ comedone extractor can be helpful for black heads. If &gt; mild acne see dermatology.

I note that you have also asked a question about ovarian pain and this could be all linked if you have a condition such as polycystic ovarian syndrome.
