Scalp hair?: You did not comment on how much hair you have on your scalp. The problem with your eyebrows maybe due to thyroid disease. I would see a dermatologist or an endocrinologist to determine what the problem is. You could also have alopecia areata in your eyebrows.

Derm: Try to get 8 hours sleep per night, maintain good hydration, eat healthfully, maintain normal cholesterol levels. Eyelash enhancement products can be used. Although I am not endorsing any products, some examples are: Latisse, (bimatoprost) Renew Lash, Revitalsh Eye, Enormous Lash &amp; Lilash. See Dermatologist if your eye lashes aren't  growing back out.

Dunno but...: You should have a dermatologist take a careful look and he may want to take a biopsy to examine your tissues under a microscope. He may want to inject your scalp with a steroid depending on the findings. You will proceed from there.

Be patient but it may take up to six months to know where you will be.
