Many but effects?: I am sure that there are many that make these claims, however, the effects will vary from virtually no side effects or results to more extensive effects particularly if they are hormonal analogues, with similar effects to oral contraceptives or estrogen replacement with head aches, weight or fluid gain, tenderness, masses, increased clotting tendencies, etc.
I am not aware of any good science.

Nowhere.  Be careful: There is no such thing as a good breast enlargement pump.  None of them offer lasting results and all of them destroy breast aesthetics!  bravatm is probably the best made but it stretches the skin envelope of the breast and greatly enlarges the areola.  Both of these findings are associated with breast aging and are deformities that are surgically corrected.  Be careful with your choices!

benefits with your physician and a possible 2 opinion.

Maybe: Lollipop or anchor scars are characteristic of a breast lift or mastopexy.
