Symptom of arousal?: At 22, it is not unusual to find yourself in a subtle state of spontaneous arousal, which would be expected to increase blood pooling in your penile veins and, hence, their engorgement. However, if the diagnoses of Mondor's and Peyronie's were rendered by a physician, then you have your explanation and that physician should prescribe respective management.

See below : Most small spots penis are benign, non-infectious, non-STD, and likely to be completely harmless. Common white spots are prominent hair follicles or sebaceous glands (Fordyce spots), pearly penile papules (small growths around the edge of the head of the penis), epidermal cysts, or milia. Less often white spots may be the STD genital warts or molluscum contagiosum. See MD if persist or concerned.

R/o urethritis: More information is needed. You may be describing pre-ejaculatory fluid, an odorless, semi-thick and clear fluid emitted from the aroused penis, a normal finding. but may be more heavily expressed in some males. However, an underlying infection (STD/STI) such as gonorrhea is also possible and this can be further evaluated by the physician.

Penis  bumps: can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and council you for prevention. Don't CUT!

after some rough sex i developed a thick cord on top of my penis, it wasn't painful but wanted to get rid of, someone else recommend arnica gel, i applied this to my penis on 28 dec and 2 weeks later penis is still burning and painful - what to do??

: That thick cord on top of your penis very likely could be thrombosis ( blood clot) of the dorsal vein of the penis caused by trauma during  rough sex. Consult a urologist ASAP for accurate diagnosis &amp; proper treatment. In the meantime take an adult aspirin. You can apply the gel also.  Is a STD a concern here as well? If so, mention it to the doctor.

: This is normal in some men. Stool passing over the prostate gland and/or seminal vesicles, plus the pressure from straining at stool, can express semen or normal genital fluids. If you have any further concerns about it, see a urologist for what probably would be a reassuring evaluation.

Small, medium, large: Hard to find good, consistent info on penis sizes, but several doctors on HealthTap have offered opinions. It looks like the average erect one is 5-6 inches, so if one is worried about being less than 4 inches, he can talk with his doctor. When non-erect, perhaps under 1.5 inches would be small. In the end, function comes before size.

Procures include having fat removed  from buttocks & having it injected under penile shaft skin. Significant risk of infection & fat being reabsorbed. Another frowned upon method is implanting a layer of silicone sheath, by open operation, between skin & internal penile "rods"(corpora cavernosa).
