Boils: This is a hard question online. It surely depends on where, how much and several other things about the boils. Some need antibiotics and some need surgical drainage. But, in my experience a physician needs to evaluate them.

Incision and drainag: Usually if a boil is soft {fluctuant} it needs to be drained by your physician. Boils that are not able to be drained can be treated with antibiotics, surgical cleansing and sometimes even intralesional corticosteroids by your dermatolgist.

See doc: You may need long term antibiotics, also probably need to be treated for MRSA focus of infection in the nasal cavity. Check whether you have diabetes or other immunodeficiency disorders.

It cannot: Tea does not cure boils. Depending on the location and bacteria involved, a boil may need to be drained and antibiotics may need to be prescribed.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Incision n drainage: Most boils need to be incised and drained. Then the left over cavity needs to undergo daily wound care.

Heat: Often a "boil" will drain itself if warm moist soaks are used to soften the skin.  Drainage is by far the best method of treatment, medications rarely are effective.

Topical vs surgery: Some of them may need to be opened and drained but, often they can be cured with topical antibiotic cream applied inside the nose.  Have an ENT look inside the nose and determine a treatment plan with you.

Heat: I typically tell my patients to put a cup of uncooked rice into a sock.  Tie off the end of the sock & place in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Rice is a terrific insulator of heat. Apply the sock to the boil for 5 seconds and pull away once it gets too hot. Repeat the process for a total of 20 minutes.  Perform 3-4x/day until it resolves. If it continues to worsen, go to the er.
