Body acne: can be difficult to treat if it is widespread or difficult to reach for application of topical acne products (available over the counter).  Avoiding harsh or fragrances soaps will help reduce inflammation, but severe cases are sometimes treated with oral medications (Rx).

Start with topical benzoyl peroxide 5% 2x/day and phone your physician now. Systemic tetracycline plus topical BP is likely to cure you, or you may be a candidate for isotretinoin.

For milder cases, topical benzoyl peroxide and retinol will help.  For more extensive, inflammatory lesions, oral antibiotics from a physician will be beneficial.

Did you mean acne?: I don't think it would directly do that but chronic pain changes things. Pain meds, lack of sleep, difficulty with hygiene all can take a toll on you. Have it checked out with your doctor or dermatologist.

It may not be acne.: Sometimes a contact dermatitis looks like acne.The treatment for that would be to use hydrocortisone cream and consider changing to a different kind of bra.You can also try putting something(cloth or bandage)between the bra and your skin to see if it helps.If it's acne,it may be the perspiration under the bra that's irritating your skin,then try the suggestion above.If still not better,see doctor.
