Dark spots: You can use a cream with higher dose resveratrol in it - this will help lighten the skin.

there is a tiny cluster of bumps on the lip of my vagina. if i has to guess its maybe 5 of them and they are tiny and itchy. the bumps are clear and dont look to be doing any scaring. could this possibly be herpes or shaving irritation?

: It is not feasible to be sure without examining you. Herpes is likely and it could also be HPV. It would be prudent to consult your doctor, Treatment for herpes can keep it under control.

See dermatologist: What you describe is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (pih), a frequently encountered problem particularly in darker pigmented individuals including african americans or asians. Pih occurs as a result of inflammation to skin.  Acne, folliculitis secondary to shaving, bug bites etc.. All can lead to inflammation and pih. Pih can take a long time to fade. See a dermatologist for advice.

Oil glands: They may be oil glands or some type of small cyst. Your dermatologist  can biopsy one to give you the exact answer.

Bumps: Need to find out what is causing the bumps,  is  it reaction to the cream? ( dermatitis), is it  folliculitis ( infection of the hair follicles) treatment will be directed toward the cause of eruption, see your doctor for evaluation.

Cyst: This may be a Bartholin's cyst, a herpetic lesion, or anything else.  Without being able to examine you this would only be a guess and the best thing to do is to show this to a doctor and get an informed opinion.
