More is not always b: It common for people with acne to apply too much medication on their acne which can actually make the condition worse.  Improvement takes weeks or even months when treatment does help. : Panoxyl should precede clindamycin lotion, but prior to using Panoxyl, use a small test dose to make sure there is no allergic reaction to the medication.

i am supposed to take clindamycin lotion x2 a day. 1 am and 1 pm. currently, i take it once am, panoxly 3xday and adapalene once a night. can i start doing the correct antibiotic dose? after my 3rd panolxy wash, apply this and then adapalene 1-2hr?

: To make it easy to follow during your day, you could use:
-Wash face with Panoxyl morning and night.If you feel oily and/or the activities allow it, wash it at noon too).
-After washing skin, apply Clindamycin lotion morning and night to all face.  
-Allow Clindamycin to dry for 1 minute and on top of it, apply Adapalene at night, to all the face.Leave it on until the next morning.

Face: The products you are using may be a bit harsh. Try using virgin coconut oil to moisturize your dkin after the clindamycin.

Yeast infection?: Your symptoms suggest yeast infection, and sometimes yeast problems are triggered by antibiotics. However, probably not this time:  it's unlikely enough clindamycin is absorbed through the skin; and 2 days is too soon. Best see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis. Or try an OTC yeast treatment (look for active ingredient ening in "azole") , but for sure see doc if it doesn't help in a few days.

Acne medication: First, use it according to your prescription instructions.  It take several weeks before you may start to see results.  Use it thinly and locally on a clean dry face.  And always use sunscreen if going to be outside.
