Depends!: Some sexually transmitted diseases/infections are asymptomatic (without symptoms) until it's too late eg chlamydia leading to infertility. Or easily overlooked eg sores leading to tertiary infection. Or HIV leading to aids, hepatitis c leading to liver cancer or hpv leading to cervical cancer. Others produce symptoms like pain or discharge eg gonorrhea. If you engage in unprotected sex, get tested.

Little or no risk: You are at little if any STD risk. Even with the head of the penis in the mouth, oral sex is generally safe, with low risk for all STDs and zero for some, much safer than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. There could in theory be a small risk of herpes or HPV from this exposure, but it would be extremely low. Any symptoms would be oral only; STDs don't travel through the body to unexposed sites.

: Small blood vessels that are visible seems perfectly normal. And since your paramour was wearing a condom, the chances of an STD are reduced to virtually zero.

Maybe not: There are several std's including gonorrhea and chlamydia that may not cause symptoms in some people.For that reason screening occasionally if you are sexually active is part of the realistic approach to sex. Both gonorrhea &amp; chlamydia can result in female sterility if not adequately treated.

Multiple: Std's or sexually transmitted diseases, are diseases transmitted through sexual contact.  Examples are gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, hiv, hepatitis c, genital warts, and genital herpes.  Bacterial vaginosis is a condition  caused by an overabundance of anaerobic bacteria in the vagina.  Symptoms can include a watery, foul or fishy smelling discharge and/or vaginal irritation.

What symptoms?: Hi. There's not a single symptom that is diagnostic of disease...any symptom, any disease. If you are engaged in risky sexual behavior, please take appropriate safeguards. There is no one test that tests for all possible STDs. If your symptom(s) persist, follow up with your doc. Good luck!

They can: Gonorrhea and chlamydia can infect the throat, usually as a result of oral sex. The symptoms (mainly sore throat) are the same as the symptoms of strep throat.
