It may be good for her to work out and develop very strong back and abdominal muscles, so the breasts won't cause her back pain or other symptoms in the future.

Take her for a bra : Fitting at lady grace or a good department store with pretty bras for large-busted girls. Or visit  that store in atlanta that has a reality tv show-double divas; leave her alone for her bra fittings, then let  her see how good she looks & feels in the new clothes she picks out. Tell her we burned our bras in the 70's so that she wouldn't have to fear being objectified if she looks nice.
