: No, you cannot become pregnant without semen from a male person entering your vagina. What are your "period symptoms" ?bleeding ?pain ?other. Without knowing those, it is difficult to answer what else could be happening. Women can have cramping in between their periods for other reasons. If you are bleeding in between or if it is continued pain, please contact your doctor who can advise further.

Inflamed male parts: Yes. Of course. But, if the infections you mention are caused by sexually transmitted disease it would be wise to use a condom.

There are numerous conditions and situations that can cause the muscles to retract the testicles up out of the scrotum. It does not mean that he is unable to have intercourse. It may at times can be a painful condition. If it persists, he may wish to have a urologist and evaluate the problem further.

Possible: It is possible for a man not to get infected with hiv. The chances of sexual partner getting infected increase when the individual has active skin lesions, ulceration on his/her genitalia and viral load of the HIV positive person. Also the immune status of the person and number of sexual partners also play a role.  It is highly recommended to not have sex with HIV positive individual, if possible.

Please ask her OBGYN: As only her obgyn knows if it will be ok or not depending on what is going on with her pregnancy, if no problems usually it is ok , if she has no problems.

Aspects of sex might change in ways that are definite, but many are attitudes and they can change as you do. It may be that you are in the driver's seat instead of being 'driven' by hormones.
