See your doctor: Your question is incomplete but I'm guessing you had CIN 3 and a LEEP or cone. If this is true, it is recommended to NOT have sex or put anything in vagina for 3-4 weeks after. Since you have been doing so early I would recommend evaluation by your obgyn to make sure everything is ok

No: It is more likely to be due to cervicitis or cervical erosion. However it is prudent to see your doctor so that whatever is the cause of bleeding, it needs to be addressed.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Doctor can evaluate: A woman with abnormal vaginal bleeding (bleeding is too heavy, too many days, too frequent, or none at all) should always follow up with her primary care physician or obstetrician-gynecologist. Cervical cancer is just one of many possible causes of abnormal bleeding. Other causes include uterine cancer, hormonal problems, infections, etc... Cancer treated early has better cure or survival rates.

Yes: If you already have a diagnosis of cervical cancer and are bleeding between periods then you need to be evaluated by your gynecologist.  If you think  you might have cervical cancer because you are bleeding between periods then you need to be evaluated as well.  There are plenty of other causes of vaginal bleeding, but it makes sense to be examined!

A lot depends: On your use of toys or devices...Female clitoral stimulation to orgasm does not require deep vaginal penetration, and deep is where the cervix lives.  Being roughly treated, it can bleed without cancer.  You need a pelvic exam and pap to determine how healthy your cervix is.

Yes, It is visible: Cancer of the cervix produces a growth on the surface of the cervix, so nearly all cervix cancers are visible to the eye. if the cervix looked healthy to your doctor, then there is no obvious Cancer there. A Pap smear must have been done, so follow up on that report which can reveal the pre-cancerous condition called in- situ cancer, which is something not considered cancerous.

Yes: Best to have it checked by your gyn.  Bleeding after intercourse may be a sign of gyn cancer.

Unclear question: Have you had a PAP smear done? If not get one and you are still young enough to get HPV vaccination. If you are concerned about being pregnant and are 4-5 past the day for expected period, you may do a home pregnancy test.

Cervical Cancer...: Is caused by types of hpv, human papilloma virus, a viral infection that can be contracted through sex.  It is very doubtful that you have cervical cancer!  but, you should have annual pap smear and pelvic exam.
