Yes it can: Plus emergency contraception would rarely be needed for intercourse the day before your expected period. Why don't you use protection and not have to worry about these things? It also significantly reduces your chances of acquiring an std or hiv.

Yes: Taking Plan B may delay your 1st period by about a week. It is best to do a pregnancy test and be safe. It should not have any effect on the period after that.

Response to Plan B: It is your body's response to the hormonal changes induced by the emergency contraceptive. Whether you want to count that as your period is really not important. What it means is that you are not pregnant, but does nothing in predicting your next cycle as things will be thrown off the next month because of use of the hormones.

: Conception occurs within a day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. A blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first-morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

Yes: It is common to have irregular bleeding and spotting after use of emergency hormonal contraception.  Your next  period may not be at the expected time.  This should resolve within a month and periods should then go back to normal.
