Has risks: Various good effects , like reducing cholesterol, b.P,  weight loss , Insulin control etc are claimed by people who sell it, how ever govt agencies of uk & usa  has warning it is carcinogenic, nephrotoxic ( kidney failure ) etc so daily use is not advised  you want to take a chance is up to you, consult your doctor.

Combining meds: There should be no problems taking that combination.    The Chlorophyll is essentially a concentrated form of green vegetables.    The chromium if not needed by the body will be excreted.   But no interactions between the three drugs you mention

Mastitis: Mastitis can be extremely painful. I suggest you get a through breast exam from your OB?/GYN to be sure you don't need antibiotics

Low blood sugar?: All of those supplements might lower your blood sugar for various reasons. So if you feel weak or tired while taking them i suggest you stop. Do u have diabetes or prediabetes?
