Irregular cycle: Many things can cause changes in the regularity of your cycle besides pregnancy.  It is not uncommon for cycles to be irregular for the first couple of years after starting.  Additionally, illness, stress, excessive exercise, excessive weight loss and diet changes can cause changes in your pattern.  If your cycle does not return soon, see your doctor for 'secondary amenorrhea'.

2 weeks: It may show a positive result as early as 11 days after conception. Otherwise, one would expect a negative test until that time.

Many possibilities: Most of which require additional testing such as the pregnancy test was wrong/too early, thyroid dysfunction, etc. Worthwhile to get checked out by an Ob/gyn

Home pregnancy test: No sense guessing.  Check home pregnancy test. Most home urinary pregnancy tests can pick up a pregnancy at time of missed menses.

If you ovulated 1/20: Then you should expect menses 12-14 days later. I am assuming you used an ovulation prediction kit? Eitherway...It is still possible the your menses could occur. If you have regular menses consider checking a pregnancy test. If negative and no period still try checking again later in the week.

Plan B: Plan B will interfere with your normal menstrual cycle for that month, particularly when taken three times that month. If you do not have a period this month, you should do a home pregnancy test. On top of that, it is obvious that your current form of birth control is not working if you need to take Plan B three times this month. If you are going to be sexually active, you need a better plan.

No.: With negative serum pregnancy tests, the possability of pregnancy is very unlikely.  There can be other reasons for delayed cycles and these can be evaluated by a gynecologist.

Pregnancy: 70% of couples trying to conceive do become pregnant the first year.  Not everyone achieves the desired pregnancy right away.  After stopping oral contraceptives normal cycles may not establish themselves for a few months.  Good luck to you and your partner.

: I would discuss this further with whoever is prescribing the Qlaira for you. Depending on how long you have been on it, it can have different effects on your cycle. Please make sure that you are utilizing protection during any form of intercourse.
