im on a diet with high protein to lose fat and gain muscle, my diet is 2000 calories per day and only consists of: protein shakes, milk, flaxseeds, chicken breast, broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, egg, pasta. am i missing any vitamins?

: No. Your diet covers all of the vitamins and essential trace nutrients.
You will need to exercise to gain muscle, diet alone will not do it. A combination of aerobic exercise and resistance exercising/weight training will be needed to improve your muscle mass. The amount of gain will also be determined by your genetic make-up.

It can: Cabbage is one of the bigger no-no's, raw or cooked, as well as cruciferous veggies (broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus), onions, garlic, caffeine, spicy foods, and large amounts of dairy or tomatoes. Not everything affects everybody though, and some are affected by weird things, like almonds or even the gas drops themselves.

what do dark green boogers mean? i don't mean mucus- i'm not sick. i mean regular boogers- part of them looked as dark green as broccoli!

Sinus infection?: It this boogers are usually dark green, chronic sinusitis (fungal or bacterial ) should be considered. Consult an ENT.

It's the blueberries: When you blend blueberries into a smoothie you end up with little hard dark bits in there from the innards of the blueberries.  They're fine and are safe to drink.

Try ginger: or activated charcoal tablets: bismuth products like Pepto-Bismol and antacids like Maalox or Mylanta will give more relief than a gas forming vegetable.

Gout : The uric acid in broccoli is a little higher than some other veggies, which could cause it. Ultimately most gout patients find their trigger, and then avoid it.
