Drug is a hormone: Plan B can alter the menstrual period for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time. Be sure to get a "Plan A" (reliable, main method of birth control) so not to need Plan B again. Plan B is for emergencies and should rarely be needed.

is it common to expect  some weight gain after taking plan b? i took it almost 1 month ago, could it just be hormonal? i excercise  and eat healthy.

Sure a bit: It is certainly possible to gain a small amount of weight with plan b. It is a type of progestin. Progestins commonly increase appetite and thus increase weight gain. Too much plan B: Plan b is an excellent form of emergency contraception but it should not be used routinely.  If you have used Plan B 10 times you need to be on another form of contraception.  After you not tsken Plan B for some time i would see if your symptoms go away.  If not, or if your symptoms get worse, you should look for other causes.

Bloating: Plan B is not the cause of this - the plan B that you took 2 months ago was out of your system almost as quickly as you took it - it only lasts a couple days. It sounds like you have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. If you haven't, you should definitely take one. Otherwise you may want to see your PCP, because these symptoms are not related to Plan B.

Not plan b : The effects of plan n  the only last for a day or two. Symptoms you are having at this time would not be related to that. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

does throwing the plan b pill within one or two hrs  still have an affect on your body? i threw it up because i changed my mind about taking it.
