Sorry to say: But being circumcised does not reduce the infection. Thus, being uncircumcised does not mean more infection of trich, gonorrhea, or chlamydia. 

It is a std. If you were both were treated the first time and then recultured to determine that both of you were not infected, then there should be no reinfection.

Some ways: There are some ways that you can try that include some techniques like the squeeze technique and you can talk to your doctor and see.  Some have used ssri's like Prozac (fluoxetine) for premature ejaculation.  You can look online for the squeeze technique for premature ejaculation.

Week 1- touching/kissing with clothing on.
Week 2- touching/kissing and prolonged foreplay ( 10-15 minutes)..have partner use "squeeze technique, using a firm squeeze to the head of your penis if you think you are going to ejaculate-squeezing until sensation goes away
Week 3- pronged edging foreplay just to the point of coming and squeeze
Week 4- intercourse
