Not long: Bacterial conjunctivits (not viral conjunctivitis) in adults requires some breakdown of the surface of someone exposed.  Bacteria cannot penetrate the normal defenses unless the eye has had surgery, is traumatized or has some surface disturbance.  Anti-bacterial topical medications provide an excellent treatment and so  the bacterial count will drops rapidly in 2 days or so.

Yes.: Tuberculosis is caused by an infection with a bacteria called Mycobacterium tuberculosis.  This bacteria can infect the lungs and other body sites.  Tuberculosis is definitely contagious and can be spread from person to person.  Tuberculosis can be a serious health problem and can require many months of therapy with multiple antibiotics to cure. Transmission of BV: Excellent question -- without a clear answer. BV acts like an STD (more common in people with STDs or at risk) but treating male sex partners doesn't prevent recurrence. However, condoms may help prevent new episodes. BV is definitely transmitted sexually in lesbians who share vaginal fluids via fingers, sex toys, etc. It definitely is not contagious by nonsexual contact, e.g. shared bathroom.

Not really: It's hard to pass a bacterial sinus infection as it is not airborne like a viral infection.  However that being said, i would not share saliva or touch people after touching nose.

Bacterial infection: It is not likely that bacterial infection affecting a tattoo is contagious in the sense that it will be passed on to persons in the vicinity.  If it is due to staph aureus it can colonize people in direct contact, and they can subsequently become infected if they have breaks in the skin, but this is a far stretch from being "contagious".

May not be: This will depend primarily on the causative agent of the pneumonia, the severity, how it is being treated and the proximity of contact with the patient.  As a general rule, many of the organisms causing bacterial pneumonia are already resident in the nasopharynx and for a variety of reasons the patient has become susceptible to pneumonia, and transmission to others is unlikely.
