Likely normal: The hormones in plan B may disrupt the menstrual cycle to some extent.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Take Plan B: unfortunately, the withdrawal technique is not really effective since even pre- ejacaculatory fluids form the penis can carry sperm cells.You are close to your fertile time and I would advise Plan B ASAP, unless you want to be called "Mommy".

Yes: Yes, regardless of where you are in your cycle or timing of ovulation, Plan B if taken within 72 hours of unprotected or inadequately protected sex will reduce chances of pregnancy (to less than 1%).  The sooner you take it, the better, though Plan B is likely effective even as much as 5 days out.  Of course it's safer to use protection during/before sex, but Plan B is a good plan b when needed.

SAFE sex: Plan B can be used at any time during the menstrual Cycle. It is best to use immediately after sexual intercourse. Can be used up to 72 hours later. Plan B is to be used when another form of contraception fails (such as a condom breaking). If is NOT as effective as oral contraceptives and is not designed to replace them.

: Plan B alters hormonal balance and may cause withdrawal bleeding. You may do a home pregnancy test 3-4 weeks after the episode of sex to rule out pregnancy. Plan B is about 95% effective in preventing pregnancy.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.

hi, i took a plan b pill last month and my period came a week early. will my ovulation time be 14 days from when my last period ended even though it was early or will it start from when my period should have ended?

: It is difficult to say at this time. Plan B would certainly be capable of altering your normal cycle. It may make it early or late. Without continuous testing and monitoring (which is not necessary) it would be impossible to predict
