Headache: Yes, tension headaches are typically "crushing" - like someone pushing on both sides of your head and the muscles in the neck can also be tense. If you have significant tension in the neck muscles, see if you can have someone try to gently massage these as that can often help the headache in general.

What is keeler ?: Tetracycline can trigger Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (headaches that are worse on reclining associated with blurred vision due to an imbalance of Cerebrospinal fluid production / resorption). If Keeler is tetracycline you need to see a neurologist.

First things first: If you are certain that your headaches are tension headaches, then the best treatment is to reduce the tension. Range of motion exercises, frequent positional changes, heat (and/or ice) and massage are often useful. Using over the counter medications no more than 3 times weekly may also be helpful. But more frequent usage, even of these otc drugs runs the risk of provoking chronic daily headaches.

2 problems: Tension HA can come from stress or be  referred from neck pathology. Clenching teeth at night is an overlooked cause which is harder to recognize as it is done during sleep. Try a supportive pillow for your neck first, and do simple exercises of rotating your head from side to side, then bending same. Consider seeing a doc for a full exam if these problems persist. Good luck

5 clonazapam 4 times a day and 350mg tramadol seem to keep my neck pain and tension headaches away . is this a appropriate mix to stay lond term ?

No such thing: Both are considered high risk meds and habit forming. They should be taken only for short periods of time when no other alternatives are available and the symptoms are severe enough.
