You can not handle: Go to an urgent care center or ER to be checked and treated if you can not get a hold of your doctor by phone. You may need tetanus shot , an x-ray, oral antibiotic, etc.

8-12 weeks: A calcareous fracture takes 8-12 weeks to heal.  Recovery from tendon injuries vary based upon the tendon involved and the severity of the injury.  I would discuss with your doctor who will be able to tell you more about your specific case.

: It may take a little longer if the area has a very indurated scar that makes it difficult for both sides of the wound to close easily.If That’s the case,try to approach both sides of the wound with medical tape instead of leaving it to close on its own.If you can’t do it easily, it may need stitches.The area needs also a good cleaning from the old scab if it was still there.Apply Vaseline daily

it might: Aleve, (naproxen) a low dose of  naproxyn does have an effect on platelets limiting their ability to help in clot formation. If you are sensitive to it or are taking alot you could develop easy bruising and it might take a little longer for bruises to heal.
