Brain: Despite being legal, it is not okay to take marijuana. It is a psychoactive drug that will mess with your brain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Long time, if ever: I don't hear you asking as if stopping is a possibility.  If you continue to smoke thc, it will never get out of your system, blood, or urine.  Thc is stored in your fat, and stays there much longer if using daily like you are.  If you stopped completely today, it would still detectable in urine for at least 100 days.  Blood -- at least 7 days.  Hair -- much longer (months).

6-8 weeks: It takes about 6-8 weeks for all thc to completely depart the system. Do not try any of the cleansing products out there because they are not safe for the pregnancy. Stop using thc because it can harm your baby. Thc passes to the baby through the placenta and into the breast milk. If you need help stopping thc, talk to your doctor.
