Varies: Breast buds are one of the first signs of puberty.  Usually the time from start to finish in puberty is about 3 - 4 years.  This can be prolonged though in people with lower estrogen.  Girls under physiologic stress would see this.  Very thin and "over exercised" would fit this category.  Puberty then often starts late and takes longer.  High levels of exercise in girls is not so positive!

: Having a period does not cause your breasts to grow in the traditional sense. It may feel/look larger due to temporary alteration of hormones.

No: You will grow your breasts if you gain weight because fat comprises a lot of the breast volume but it will also grow the rest of you too.

Yes: There is a substantial amount of evidence linking performance enhancing drugs and male breast enlargement. I would recommend consultation first with your primary care provider. If the breast enlargement is still present after stopping the supplements, you can seek consultation with a plastic surgeon for male breast reduction surgery.

Get into good health: If one is in good health without hormonal imbalances (such as thyroid problems), hair will grow as much as nature allows. It may be one's destiny to have slower growing hairs as one ages (but that would be considered normal). Cutting hair makes no difference in how the remaining hair grows, because the hair that is outside the skin is not alive and doesn't communicate with the rest of the body.

Prefer not: Using estrogen for "breast growth" alone is a very bad idea, as any medication including estrogen has both positive and negative impacts on your overall health. Estrogen in excessive amounts can cause abnormal uterine bleeding/ cancer as well as breast cancer. If superficial breast sizing is your only concern consider seeing a therapist first  and if that is OK see a cosmetic surgeon for implants.
