Yes: That should be fine, unless having coagulation studies or otherwise instructed. Advil would not influence routine labs if taken 1 day prior.

Tooth ache: See a dentist! you may be able to alternate with tylenol (acetaminophen) and ask your dentist if you can take up to 800mg of advil or Ibuprofen depending on your weight and medical condition. But get to the source of the problem, don't wait for it to get worse you may have an infection.

how fast is celebrex (celecoxib) works? for acute pain, is it better to take celebrex (celecoxib) vs. advil vs. motrin ?

Stick with cheap: Stick with advil or aleve . The over-the-counter forms are cheap. Celebrex (celecoxib) is prescription only and very expensive. They all have similar effectiveness.

i have found that advil (ibuprofen) cold & sinus works before for me to keep my sinus symptoms at bay. will it hurt me at all to take one a day?

apparently it takes that many to work.
he's 25 around 5'7-5'9 & on the slim side. what effects can this have?

That can only be harmful!!

all i want to know is if it is safe to take advil 12 hours after taking aleve.  i take aleve during work(12 hour shift) then come home and usually in pretty severe pain again by then.  would it be safe to take advil at that time for relief to sleep?

Yes: It would be safe to take the medication as you described. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Unusual!: Advil (ibuprofen) is a pain pill and should not have an effect on sleeping unless the insomnia is related to pain or through placebo effect  Find out why you have the insomnia?!

i have had a headach four 7 days on my left side of my head right behind my eye . it starts right when i wack up and it gets hurting more every hour in tell i take 4 advil and lay down and put ice on it for hours and then that does not work all the time .

First : First of all vodka and advil (ibuprofen) is a dangerous combination.This could adversely affect your liver and could cause liver damage and possibly failure which could be lethal.  The maximum amount of advil (ibuprofen) is 3200mg/day and no more than 800mg every 6 hours. An over the counter advil (ibuprofen) tab is 200mg. As far as your headache goes, if it has been present for 7 days then this definitely warrants a medical evaluation. It sounds like a cluster headache. Your doctor will be able to tell you what their diagnosis is after a complete evaluation and give you appropriate treatment.

Be careful: Usually it is the diphenhydramine in the Advil PM that helps sleep. Unless you also have pain that is keeping you up, you don‘t need the ibuprofen/advil part of it. You could develop tolerance where the diphenhydramine can quit working if you take daily. It is also considered a potentially unsafe medication because of your age. Talk to your doctor.

i woke up with severe back pain so i took 2 extra strength advil, it worked till i got off work. i have aleve (naproxen) but i have been drinking, can i take it?

Back pain: Not sure what is extra strength advil as it comes in 200mg over the counter. Did you take extra strength acetaminophen?  You can take aleve (naproxen) while drinking.
