Doubt it: If you've had intercourse before it's highly likely your hymen broke at that time. If he was fingering your vagina very hard as you describe it's more likely that he made a small (or large) tear in the lining of your vagina.I would avoid any kind of intercourse or fingering until you feel healed and maybe even want to consider having your doc take a look at it to determine the severity of the tear

No need to worry: Your concerns are completely understandable.  However the amount of bleeding from the hymen is very small, and resolves on its own.  Place a towel either on top or underneath the sheets, to put you at ease.  Your partner will probably be very supportive and understanding.  And of course, ALWAYS use condoms to protect against pregnancy and STDs.

Needs evaluation: Vein should not hurt.  If you have a bulging veins and it is tender, then this is suggestive of superficial phlebitis.  You should see a vein specialist for an evaluation.  Warm compresses and Ibuprofen may help but this should be evaluated.

Gas?: Maybe its gas moving through the intestines. If so, you could try anti-gas preparations with simethicone. Doesn't sound dangerous, but if your worried, see your primary care provider for a more complete evaluation. Hope this helps!

Not really: Many people have non-symptomatic neck popping and cracking (including myself!). You are probably sensing the normal motion of the cervical facet joints. I do not recommend purposeful cracking of one's neck, which usually requires a significant rotational movement of the neck (i have had patients with acute cervical herniations after those maneuvers).

i have a vain on my leg that is popping out a little and have had it since 16, i am now 56. it has never hurt me. is it a risk?

Probably not: If it has not changed at all, don't worry about it.

No: I am not sure exactly what is going on but that is not "normal." Not necessarily too serious but not normal.

: This is likely musculoskeletal but I am not sure what you mean by “I went into shock”. What were you doing when this happened? You should see your doctor so you can be evaluated and examined to be certain of the diagnosis and treatment, if any. Try to pay attention to what you are doing when this happens. Good luck!
