You can but.....: This herbal treatment would not interact with a Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD. It has no proven scientific benefits though and some research shows the use of herbal treatments with phytoestrogens may cause harm.

Unknown: Icariin (one of the ingredients in Goat Weed) can probably be taken for up to 6 months. The effects of chronic use have not been formally studied. Women with estrogen responsive tumors should avoid this agent. Tongkat needs further study as well. You might discuss issues relating to sexual dysfunction with the doctor who prescribes the Lexapro (escitalopram) before experimenting with these agents.

Doses: Hi. Zinc once a day safe in standard over counter doses.  B12 once a day. Arginine 1 to three times a day .  Horny goat weed macs unknown how safe at 20 do you really need arginine and goat weed which are used frequently for sexual performance why take risk.

Super goat weed: You are on a lot of different medications and super goat weed has quite a number of components that likely have never been tested with the meds that you are on. I would categorically not take it. There are ways around this problem. Look up tildalafil from cipla pharmaceuticals based in india. With a little thought, i think you may be able to figure it out.

More data please: What was the situation involving injury ; what exactly happened to you?  Were you unconscious or not? Is the behavior you are talking about something that existed prior to the injury or were there similar types of thoughts and feelings but that you simply weren't acting them out?
