4 days: Head wounds heal fast. Usually after a few days the dermabond will begin to peel off. Don't help it. Let it come off by itself.

Maybe, maybe not!: The correct answer depends on the depth and severity of the initial injury or cut, the type and layers of repair, the lack or presence of infection, and many other factors. Best ask the doctor who placed the dermabond. But it's certain that the wound is not durably healed after only 3 days!

Infection: As with any surgery, infection is the most common complication. Because dermabond seals the incision, any small amount of bacteria trapped underneath can result in an infection. The infection will result in pus and continue unless the pus is drained and removed.

Would be: Advisable and if you can do so very cautiously.  Dermabond can be puled apart rather easily.  Might want to have a physician take a look.  If you do so yourself use only clean water, no peroxide and go slowly and gently.

Difficult: If it is a deeper wound, dermabond alone may not be able to approximate the wound. Please check with your physician.

5-10 year range: If the knife was a rusty garden tool, most use the older "5" year recommendation for booster. If clean (like stainless steel kitchen knife), tetanus not highly likely and current recommendation is every 10 years.

Glue sutures: If you’re having ANY problem, with your suture line you  should definitely contact the surgeon who did the operation for you as soon as you can. She or he will know the type of material used to close the world this is very important. Any suspected complication with the surgical wound should be discussed with the Doctor Who did the surgery.
