Depends on half life: Different medications have different half lives.  A half life is the time is takes for 1/2 of the drug to be metabolized and passed out of the body.  It usually takes 3 half lives for a drug to be considered out of the body.  If you know the half life of the drug, then you can make an educated guess about how long the hives will last.  It also depends on your body's own metabolic rate (fast/slow).

Depends: On the stimulus (allergen), the route, and the exposure duration, if ingested might take some time till eliminated, at any rate if it is minor as you described it should be only hours at the most

i took allegra 24 allergy (fexofenadine) last night. i took my nightly medication which is risperidon and ezetimbe and 20-25 minutes after my face got warm and tingly. it seems like i had a mild allergic reaction. still lingering from last night?

: I could not find any interaction between Fexofenadine and Ezetimibe or Risperidone in PDR. 
Was it the first time you took Allegra? If yes, you might have an adverse effect with Allegra but it should not be called an allergic reaction.

Rash,swelling,cough: If you have started taking a drug and it gives you any of the following symptoms
rash and itching on the body
swelling any part of body espacially face
runny nose cough and wheezing
tightening of throat or airways causing difficulty in breathing
anaphylaxis fall in bp, rapid and weak pulse, sweating, tightness in chest 
nausea vomitind and diarrhea.

See an allergist: An allergist is specifically trained to understand medication reactions and help determine which are allergies vs intolerance or other side effects.  He/she can help develop a plan to determine the cause and find a solution.  For some medications, allergy testing is available.

Prolonged allergy: All drugs clear your system at different rates. While many clear the bloodstream quickly along with their therapeutic effects, it only takes a tiny bit bound up in your tissues or blood to continue an allergic reaction. Also, once begun an allergic reaction may persist even after the initial cause is cleared.  Because of this allergic drug reactions may last days to weeks or longer.

Stop the medication: Unless the medication is essential to the treatment of a condition, you should talk to your doctor and find an appropriate substitute.  For example, if you react to one type of blood pressure medication, you could be prescribed a medication from a different class to treat the same condition.  In rare cases you could be admitted to the hospital and undergo desensitization if it was essential.
