i melted the bottle cap of an olive oil bottle trying to get the last drop of it... turns out the flame was on and melted the plastic. i didnt notice and continued to make my eggs. is it dangerous to eat melted plastic! im freaking out.  thx ?

Accepted Answer

Don't worry: Although not a good idea to eat plastic, it is pretty inert and should not have any adverse health effects.  I hope the eggs tasted good.

Not a good idea: Permanent desensitization of the skin is not a good idea. You may use condoms that contain a local anesthetic which may help in lasting longer.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

sorry for same question but my major concern is small food particles that were left in oil from previous fried item now i used same oil after one month and got scared of botulism?

Accepted Answer

: Raising the temperature of any oil/food to 185 F degrees for 5 minutes kills botulism spores or toxin. Any common cooking oil that is brought to boil will exceed the temperature at which these are neutralized &amp; risk removed.

my son has ezcema and is prescribed body oil. the bottle is gone b4 the month runs out. i've tried other otc w/no help. any suggestions?

Eczema: eczema responds well to frequent moisturizing at least twice daily. Try to wear cotton clothes 100%, use hypo allergic shampoo. Do short baths, less than five minutes at a time. Eating healthy with food high in zinc helps

bought frozen corn& canned crabmeat from a supermarket.sauteed them together in hot oil&ate the food.when i was eating the food,i found a small piece of root like ginger in the food.can i get infected with covid19 if that piece of veggie has covid19?

Accepted Answer

No: Covid has not been associated with frozen food. Also heating the dish on a stove would raise the temperature to levels that would be inhospitable for the virus.  I do not have any suspicion that you would be exposed to COVID this way.

Moisturizing oil: Jojoba oil is good to apply over dry and cracked skin, it should aid with your scalp dryness.

drank whole bottle of scotts emulsion cod liver oil?

Accepted Answer

Not good idea.: Gi upset, nausea vomiting and diarrhea from the fish oil portion. Scott's and emulsion makes this sound as though it was not a medicinal but agricultural agent.  In that case it may contain something other than cod liver oil and the bottle may be larger than that for medicinal use.  I would call poison control. Underlying circumstance regarding ingestion must be addressed.

i am girl and i have small hair on my face.  if i apply coconut oil will the small hair on the face?

No effect: If the hairs are very fine, they will not show. Nobody else looks at your face with a magnifying mirror.Coconut oil may make you sweet to kiss, but no other benefit.If the hairs are a concern, see a dermatologist.

Orange oil: This may reflect a problem with absorption. Look at anything new in your diet particularly a vitamin or fat containing product. Have your doctor exam your stool. All the best.

Food sensitivity?: Some foods  may cause skin reactions (acne is controversial re contribution dietary factors).  A food and symptoms diary with doctor review may help sort this out
