Likely: If no drugs and only one regular glass of wine,and adequate fluids hydration alcohol  unlikely to be measurable level.
Not an ideal choice of planning, however!
Better to count on abstinence than good luck!

i usually have a glass of wine every night and have to have a drug and alcohol screening for a new job. will this affect the results of the screening?

Probably not: But this depends on when you had the glass of wine relative to when the testing was done and whether you indicated to your potential employer that you usually have this in the evening.  The probability is that your blood will no longer contain alcohol 8 hours after one glass of wine.  You could also forego the wine the night before the test.

Go ahead: 12  oz of beer with normal alcohol content or a glass of wine will not interfere with your uds on monday. In fact you could do the same sunday evening. Cheers.

depends: A glass of wine is an amount called "a standard drink". It is "standard", because most people would metabolize it within one hour. To answer the question specifically for your body, not statistically, you need to conduct an experiment. Do not forget you might feel differently depending on the day, the level of tiredness, social environment, air temperature etc. Etc. Etc. Try.

i need to know if i should take my daughter to the er. she has taken a sleeping pill stilnox with a glass of wine. i read this might not be a goid idea? she has also not eaten. please advise if there is a way to get it out of her system

No worries: A single dose of Stilnox (zolpidem) with one glass of wine is harmless. You'd have to take a very large amount of alchol plus a large overdose of zolpidem to cause a serious health problem. (But no driving until the next day!)

: Excessive drinking of alcohol is harmful to your health. It can raise your risk for cancer and impair your heart health and your brain function. For long time it was considered safe to have 1-2 drinks daily.
