Sex and Doctors: It is not normal to ask your doctor how to have sex or to please your partner.  This is out of the bounds of medical care.  I often recommend that my patients have at least one book that is 'how to' for sexual activity. In the U.S. A common book for this is called "the joy of sex".

If you use stress : Buster balls as a way of managing your stress if may help to prevent too much tension from building up in your neck ; shoulders. However, once a great deal of muscular tension sets in, they are less useful.

Kegel Exerciser?: By contracting the P.C.(pubococcygeal) muscle as if you are stopping your urine in med stream is a Kegel's maneuver. Your can strengthen those muscle by contracting around any "item" that will fit in the vagina, be it a "banana" or more cheaply a tampon.

Varies: Ejaculation may be good for emotional health in moderation.  However, ejaculation into the wrong person or even the right person at the wrong time can cause someone else a problem; i.e. Pregnancy.  However, there are  exercises and /or medications which can help premature ejaculation.

Ever get well?: Yes, there is a good chance you will.  With modern medicine the proper diagnosis of the causes of depressions are now possible.  With proper help, you can be better with treatment for the specific type of depression you have.  So have courage and keep seeking for the proper help.  Discuss this with your family doctor who can guide you to the best treatment.

Yes: Nuvarings are good until their expiration date if kept refrigerated.

That depends : Comfort with, and confidence in, your PCP are critical to an effective patient-physician experience. Does your PCP listen to you and engage your active participation in your healthcare treatments? Is your PCP empathetic and a good communicator? Is your PCP accessible? Is your PCP/staff responsive to calls and questions? These are factors that should help you decide. Best to you!

No: The sac is outside the body to provide a cooler environment. That permits healthier sperm production than if the testis were in the abdomen. Free and easy is fine.

: The mask has 2 purposes.
1. To decrease you own chance of getting COVID-19.

2.  To prevent you from infecting others if you get a symptomatic or symptomatic COVID.

So ask your self the question:  do I want to risk infect others I know or love as well as other susceptible folks where I like and expose them to death from COVID?  If answer No then wear mask &amp; practice DDD death defying distancing
