"Show &amp; tell": If you "show" vaginal blood at the incorrect time for a period and cannot "tell" what the problem is or is not, then you need to see a GYN MD for answers who can perform the needed examination. Miscarriages usually involve cramping and "tissue" passage, as well as knowing that pregnancy exists.

Possible: You're young, so it's entirely possible that your fertility could bounce right back in a hurry.  Usually we would expect a period to indicate that ovulation has started back up, but if one has sex before a period, a pregnancy can certainly happen with that first ovulation.

No Pregnancy: If your pregnancy test is negative, i believe there is no pregnancy; however,  i would like you to check with blood test if you continue to have pregnancy symptoms. 
Some people experience these symptoms  due to excessive desire ;#40;psychological effect;#41;.

You got pregnant before so you can get pregnant again. The question is how to avoid miscarriage with the next pregnancy. Please follow with your OB doc.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. This would not be related to having a miscarriage over a year ago. You will need to see a doctor and ask to be tested for irregular periods. You may request testing for thyroid disease and pcos. There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
