Peri-menopausal: Periods can get rather flakey right about our ages!  if you are experiencing any other symptoms: hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood swings...It could be related to the "change". Women often follow their mother's age of menopause, so, that could be a good question to ask your mom if possible!  ask doc for things that can help symptoms such as vaginal estrogen cream. Yes, yes, and yes: Good home pregnancy tests are accurate when taken day or night (tho some recommend testing in the morning). They are accurate 2-or-even 3 days before the expected period.

Yes, maybe: If you missed 4 pills in week 2, ovulation is possible, and yes it would be delayed, possibly into week 4.  You will probably not have a normal period until you get beyond the next pill pack.

Probably ok: If the period came at the expected time, then its probably ok. I would check a pregnancy test and just see if this cycle is normal. Pregnancy sounds unlikely.

Menses: Normal interval between the first day of the menses until the first day of the next menses is between 21 to 35 days apart. Anything longer or shorter should be evaluated, specially if trying to get pregnant.

Yes, yes, and yes: A healthy woman in her reproductive years can become pregnant any time during her cycle, with chance being highest during/around time of ovulation and lower during active menstrual flow. It is hard to tell exactly when ovulation occurs and so timing is a very poor method of contraception. Best is to use protection (condoms and/or pills) at all time if u don't want pregnancy. Vaginal irritation: Irritation of the walls of the vagina is unrelated to the timing of your menses. A late period warrants a pregnancy test.
