Depends: The simplest way is to take your interval between menstrual cycles but can only do if regular.  For examples if every 28 days, you subtract 14 (the luteal phase is most consistent)= day 14 when you would be ovulating.  If every 42 days subtract 14 = day 28 or every 75 subtract 14 = day 61 when you are ovulating.  If cycles are irregular then you cannot do.    Other methods will be needed!
