Avoid sweetened juices, soda &amp; caffeinated beverages. Watch portion sizes. No tobacco, illicit drugs &amp; low to no alcohol use. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs sleep /night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Maintain good hygiene. Daily physical

NO eating @ night: Eat the sandwich!  eating late at night has been shown to cause increased weight gain and other medical problems (e.g. Gerd, reflux of stomach acid). Chocolate also can cause gerd.

It is okay: A v8 is relatively healthy although it is thought that the less processed the better so more whole food approaches are thought to be even healthier. It would probably be healthier than a soda!  if you are watching sodium you could try to get the low sodium version.  Stay safe!

Fruits and veggies: Yes, there are excellent benefits to f&v's including cardiovascular disease reduction, cancer reduction and a weight managment.  Good for you!  much better than a vitamin.

Yes: Figs of Anjeer. One large fig has 1.9 grams of dietary fiber - so this can help to prevent constipation. They contain Omega 3 &amp; 6 fatty acids &amp; phenol &amp; may help to reduce heart disease. Fiber from pectin can assist with lowering cholesterol levels.

: No. It is not healthy because you are missing several essential nutrients: b12 is only in animal products. Protein is going to be hard to get in all the essential amino acids. 
On detox? Find out what that means and how it could be determined to be either true or false. I've never seen someone give a definition where they could be found out wrong.So, meaningless.
