Occasionally: Sodium levels in the 120 range are abnormal and can be caused by losing sodium or retaining too much water or by certain glandular abnormalities like Addison's disease or inappropriate ADH (vasopressin) secretion. Your hyponatremia can be corrected by reducing fluid intake, receiving sodium chloride or taking cortisone. An endocrinologist is best qualified to answer this question,however.

Serum folate (folic acid)...: ...levels, to the best of my knowledge, don't have a diurnal variation.  However, since we're measuring serum (as opposed to Red Blood Cell) levels, they can increase fairly quickly  with either dietary intake of folate (folic acid) rich foods or supplements.  They decrease more slowly if you're becoming depleted.    Both of these levels are within normal range.

how fast can thyroid levels change while pregnant? i have hoshimotos and blood work almost 2weeks ago came back fine, but i feel just awful.

Specific: What is "normal"? Pregnant hashimotos pts should have thyroid level at the high normal range. I usually increase the thyroid replacement by 25% in pregnant pt with hashimotos. Please discuss this with your physician.

D-Dimer is nonspecif: The D-Dimer, while sensitive, is not sspecific. It's used as a screening test for venous blood clots (DVT/PE) but it isn't diagnostic. U need confirmatory tests like the CT scan. D-Dimers is an "acute phase reactant" &amp; increases in bleeding, infections, inflammation, &amp; other nonspecific conditions aside from blood clots. Low potassium levels: Usually the body regulates potassium levels well, but certainly both underlying conditions, such as kidney issues and medicines you take, can influence the level.  While your level of 3.1 is not dangerously low, it certainly is a concern if you're experiencing multiple lab reports with low values. You should make an appointment with your doctor to discuss this. Also look at the PPI use.

If you are thin and healthy and just want to gain weight, eat a healthful diet and be happy that you re healthy. Some people will always be thin (and he envy of those who are overweight.).

Life: Spot acth levels fluctuate tremendously just from the transient stresses of living, or even without.  Even if elevated from disease, they'll fluctuate wildly.  This is why we try to suppress them and if we can't, disease is likely.

Possibly, but...: So far, hormonal treatment for sex offenders (even castration) has not been shown to reliably diminish the urge to repeat sexual behaviors.  This may be because it's not about the sex but about power and control.  However, there are all sorts of sexual offenses (think public exposure through rape), so generalizations are tricky, at best.
