No interaction : There is no reason to think that there would be a difference in absorption of either substance if taken together. However, of one of them gives you heartburn by itself, then definately take that one with food or stop taking it entirely, if the symptoms continue.

Garlic supplements: It depends on what effects you're seeking.  But evidence is growing that garlic -- in both food & supplement form -- may help lower blood pressure.  Some others: it may also help cardiovascular health by inhibiting platelet aggregation, and increaseing fibrinolytic activity. OK to take: Garlic is promoted as beneficial for many things. The things for which the evidence is strongest is improving high blood pressure and preventing colon and stomach cancer if garlic is eaten (not supplements). The evidence for preventing viruses/colds is weaker. It should not interfere with desired antibody production following a flu shot.

Yes: You can certainly take all of them without having any idea of how much money you are wasting. None of these have any benefit for a 30 year old and some recent evidence suggests some you are choosing to take can actually cause harm.

Can combine: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is commonly combined with Ibuprofen.  You can take 500 mg four times a day. Breakfast,  lunch, dinner and bedtime.  You can take Ibuprofen three times a day.  Spacing them apart could help with the pain, but can take them at same time.
