Difficult to do: It is difficult to get conception dates accurate within only 5-6 days.  Dates are usually accurate within 2 wks with good ultrasound and menstrual history.  (Women who have irregular menses are a little more difficult to get accurate dates).  In regards to paternity testing, you would need to get a DNA sample of both men and compare it to the DNA of the baby.

Paternity testing: It's hard to say exactly &amp; what if there are multiple sex partners. Most of the time, you will not know the exact day you got pregnant.  Paternity testing provides "scientific evidence" of whether a man can be the biological father of a child. Paternity is determined by making a comparison of the child's DNA with the DNA profile of the alleged father.

No: In order to determine paternity, you would need DNA sample for the child (not likely until the child is born) and from the person you suspect is the father.  I do not know of a way to test prior to this.  The roughly 2 weeks difference in sex with different partners (?) also makes it too close to call.  Your US dates are not exact and have error of up to about a week at that gestation. Sorry;

2 to 3 weeks: Keep the men at least 2 weeks apart, for ease of knowing who's the daddy. Otherwise, it may be too close to call, without doing DNA tests. The traditional rule is:  the man married to the pregnant woman is the father of the baby. That has kept our civilization going for thousands of years. However, if one must know with more exactness, one can do DNA tests.

Yes: I'm not sure what it will tell you in the eyes of the law, but it can estimate the conception date pretty closely.  The earlier the ultrasound is better.

Either: Since sperm can survive up 3 days and the intercourse was only 5 days apart it could be either depending on your actual date of ovulation. Goodluck may need test to be certain.

: Since you have irregular cycle, you do not know when you ovulated after yor last menstrual period and theredore you do not know who is the father because you could have ovulated at a time that would have been right on for either of the times you had intercourse.
