: If you have autonomic dysfunction, your heart rate will not go up 10 beats when you change the position suddenly from supine to standing up, your blood pressure may drop and you will feel lightheadedness. We use Atropine to treat symptomatic bradycardia but not using it for test.

See a doctor: The more important question is how fast your heart rate is.  If it is under 100 BPM it's probably ok.  If it remains above 100 then it needs to be looked into.  If it stays above 120 you should go to er.  Medications are typically used to slow the hr down.  You could try to bear down like you're straining.  Hold this for several seconds (val salva).  This sometimes works.  More important see a doc.

Depends. : A murmur is caused by turbulent blood flow in the heart. Many murmurs are benign. Some are caused by valve disease. Ultimately, the consequences are from what caused the murmur. Valve disease can progress, but sometimes stabilizes for a long time. You should talk to a doctor to get a good history and physical.
