Here are...: Infection of semen is caused by the infection inside urethra or bladder, from there bacteria move and extend their territory through "defected" ejaculatory ducts, eventually invade seminal vesicles where infectious/inflammatory process kicks off. But, seeing pus cells or bacteria in semen may mean different things. The effectiveness of treating it has been not uniformly successful. See Doc timely.

STD? Other?: "Infection in semen [sperm]" is rare, unless you are speaking of sexually transmitted diseases. If he has been at risk for STD (other sex partners, unsafe sex, etc), the way to know is for him to be tested, and to be tested yourself if you've already had sex with him. And any rare non-STD infection won't hurt you. If no STD and if he has no symptoms, this is nothing to worry about.

Not necessarily: One can have infection in the genital organs anywhere from the testicle, the epididymus, the tube, the seminal vesicles, the prostate, the urethra or elsewhere and still have live and potent sperm.  Certainly in a localized area such as the epididymus, some sperm may die due to the surrounding infection.  Interesting question!

Prostatitis: The density and motility of sperm are normal in this semen analysis.  However, there are a large number of white blood cells (pus cells) which can have an affect on the way the sperm function.  It is important to see your physician, have the prostatitis diagnosed and treated.  Make sure to complete the treatment.

Many reasons:  If a sperm sample is obtained too soon after last ejaculation, was not a full sample or occurs after illness that can affect sperm count.  Possible causes for reduced sperm count include: heavy alcohol use, tobacco use, use of anabolic steroids, cannabis, obesity, severe emotional stress, infections, tumors, some medications, hormone imbalances, over heated testacies, ect.

Red colour semen: Your red colour semen is not normal, it means there is blood in it and you should consult yout md, or a urologist.

No: It only tells the numbers, movement and appearance of the sperm. Cellular damage is not seen on a semen analysis.

Here are some ...: The Q is not clear about "... creamy white cm..." so I'm reluctant to offer a pertinent answer. But, if what you saw is the natural product of sex without using artificial cream for sex pleasure, I would not worry about it as long as being comfortable and not lasting longer than 1-2 days, and it is safe for sperms.
