Body cast: Body casts are usually created with that in mind so you should be able to void. The bigger problem is mobility, and you will want to ask your doctor if you require a special mode of transport should it be possible for you to be at hoe with this instead of in the hospital.

Cloudy urine: You may be merely observing harmless sediment rather than an infected urine. A urinalysis,microscopic examination,urine culture and colony count would detect any significant urinary abnormalities if you have concerns.

Huge question: Blood in urine can = kidney disease, tumor anywhere from kidney, down to urethra, urinary tract infection, blood vessel abnormality or benign. Bilirubin is urinary bile & can indicate liver disease (hepatitis) or blocked bile ducts from gallstone/s, tumor or stricture. Casts - hyaline normal, granular or cellular = kidney disease. Proteinuria - orthostatic is benign, otherwise ?Kidney disease.

Probably ok: Your urinalysis is most compatible with a contaminated specimen, especially if you do not have symptoms. Your best move might be to repeat the test as a midstream or as a catheterized specimen.

Depends: Microscopic examination of urine is usually triggered by the findings of dipstick examination. If the dipstick examination does not show abnormality a microscopic examination is not usually done. Not all casts are necessarily abnormal.

Having said that, squamous cells suggest contamination of urine with vaginal material and a fresh specimen should be examined. Cloudy urine that is odorous suggests an infection. Contaminated specime: The urine was clearly not collected using a clean midstream catch and is contaminated with vaginal secretions.  A UTI with more than a single organism is a rarity and would have to be further evaluated by experts. Disregard these results, they mean nothing.
