Not sure: I am not sure what "dark spots" you refer to. Some women may have darker spots especially on the areolae (areas around the nipples) that normally tend to be darker than the rest of the breasts. Those dark spots are just extra pigment collections and there is nothing to do about that. If you have dark spots that are bothersome, changing in shape or color, they ought to be checked by physician.

Scientific Rx: No topical agent is strong enough to control acne on the trunk. Keep using topical benzoyl peroxide and get with your personal physician as well for prescription-strength rx. You may be a candidate for a low-progesterone oral contraceptive pill which may clear you.

Stretch marks : Stretch marks may happen during times of hormonal changes as well as stretching of the skin.  Try a vit d supplement (800 iu/day), vit c (500 mg three times per day) and zinc (4 mg per day) to help skin integrity.
