Not on your own: don't stop any of the drugs on your own, kindly talk to the prescriber or to your primary doctor. You are on maximum doses, cannot be stopped abruptly, have to be tapered gradually till stopped

It is safe to: take these medications together. It is not clear to me as to why you need to be weaned off your propranolol as it is not an antidepressant. It is a beta blocker. Monitor your blood pressure carefully to avoid a hypertensive episode as the propranolol is reduced.

Somewhat Similar: Since methyldopa is often given in more than one dose daily, it is important to gradually wean off it as abrupt discontinuation of it could lead to significant rebound in blood pressure. One difference with abrupt withdrawal of beta blocker is that heart rate as well as blood pressure can shoot upwards.

Yes: Beta-blockers like propanolol need to be weaned off gradually, or your system will be overly stimulation to beta stimulation (your own adrenaline).  Consider cutting the dose in half for a week, then a fourth for another week, then every other day for 4-6 days before stopping.  You can ask for a smaller capsule strength, or buy empty gelatin capsules and split the dose.
