Uh: Despite my heavy duty research on thi matter, i'm afraid keeping the area clean with a mild soap and water will have to do? There's plenty of flavors out there to add to the area for ur partners pleasure but they can irritate the vaginal area an cause you more bad than good.

Diabetes: Diabetes causes elevated sugars in your blood, urine and bodily secretions. When out of control, a diabetic will have glycosuria, sweet urine &amp; secrete ketones, which may cause a sweet smell to your breath.  Please see your doctor to check if you may have diabetes.
Many lubricants like Astroglide or Silk are glycerin based.  Glycerin is a water soluble sugar. This could also cause a sweet taste.
