Extended release:  The brain likes things to go smoothly. With an extended release formula you are more likely to get a sustained controlled release of the ingredients. This is as opposed to a  rapid increase in dose that will occur twice followed by a period of time where the effects of the medication are dwindling.

: What kind of work do you do?  Difference between being around moving machinery and sitting behind a desk.  Adderal should have no negative effect on work, but how do you personally feel.  Day quill may also be inconsequential as tro your wok, but all individuals react differently to meds.
