Renal Angioplasty: Angioplasty is balloon revascularization. Usual approach is 2mm incision in the femoral artery at groin, sheath inserted, followed by the cannulation of the artery with a catheter. Dye is injected to locate area in need of angioplasty. Balloon over a wire via the catheter & when in place is inflated to an appropriate pressure. The balloon is removed and then stent deployed and inflated at stenosis.

Not recommended!: Your smoking probably contributed to the narrowing of your renal arteries, perhaps significantly.  You might want to ask yourself why you would want to continue smoking after having a procedure that is not entirely benign.  Smoking is very addictive but there are methods and medicines that can support your through smoking cessation.  I hope that you will pursue these with your doctor and quit!

Unlikely: Ed can be a blood vessel disease, the same kind of disease that led to a stent in your renal artery.  The stent can improve your blood pressure which may improve your ED but it's unlikely.  You probably have a vascular disease causing your ED and need separate treatment focused on improving erections.

Possibly: I doubt this has ever been looke at. In theory it seems possible for the kidneys to make more urine after stent placement perhaps for a day or two. After that your body should have reached an equilibrium and normal urine output levels. If your kidneys were failing and have improve in function after stenting, it is conceivable that your urine output will improve with improvement in kidney function.
