Milk can cause excessive flatus in people with lactase deficiency.  If all else fails, you can buy underpants with activated charcoal liner to absorb the malodor.

In the meantime, watch your diet see which foods tend to trigger the symptoms most and do your best to lower your stress.

Frequently : Frequently it is constipation  work on having regular bowel movements to allow less time for gas to be produced.  Often times, going a little more frequently can be a big help.
